Arrive early. Class starts on time.
Come in quietly.

Satya Yoga is about listening to your body wisdom.Your body will tell you the
places you are holding tension, fear, old worries. Stretching and breathing into
postures helps us to let go, to become more flexible, stronger, present. Yoga will
tone the body, ease depression, lower blood pressure. Itʼs just yoga. Itʼs not
about perfection or being athletic. Itʼs about coming to your mat and being willing
to move your body, to breathe, to relax, to show up for yourself, to know your
own truth ~
